Jah Sound
Jah Sound began his career as a DJ in the 90's by the hand of Andres Macia, who was one of the most influential DJ’s in the electronic scene from the city of Cartagena in Colombia. His passion for electronic music motivated him to be a DJ and Producer, even entering the electronic music portal Beatport, represented by the U-Phonic Records family.
In 2008 Jah Sound started rocking the world of production with his remix of Brinsley Evans “That Sound” featuring the Jah Sound Remix. With this he achieved a number 1 status on Beatport along with compiled masterbeat Workout also on U-Phonic Records. In his short career as a DJ, Producer and Remixer, Jah Sound has become one of the most listened to DJ’s internationally, even as heard on Roger Sanchez’s radio program Release Yourself which he has player several times.
Jah Sound is busy making remixes for DJ’s and other producers and singers from around the world such as George Morel, Darrell Martin, Charlie Solana, Ivan Gomez, Thony Thomas, Tamer Fouda, Rupaul, Brinsley Evans, Eday, Gala G, and Korioto with whom he shared the TOP 100 House Beatport chart with the song “Thriller” by MJ Lovers (Korioto & Jah Sound Remix) on Axum Records which is his most recent achievement.
